What is your return policy for eBooks and audiobooks?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of print-on-demand, we do not keep inventory and cannot cancel nor take returns for print books. However, if there is a quality concern on your product, please let us know and we will do our best to help resolve the problem.
